The river downstream the Svefte currents
The part from the sea to the waterfall Boenfossen is fished for sea-trout, wich have survived
through the years. There are some flyfishers who has nice experiences from afternoons spendt
dry fly fishing. The best period is from the middle of july till the end of the season.
The dryfly should be small (size 14 and 16) if you believe, as the locals do, that the
sea-trout are actually feeding on surface insects.
Don't expect the big ones, the sea-trout is normally between 0.5 and 1 kg.
