This is the area around the lake Store Holmevatn. The cairn (N:varde) seen at the ridge was never ment to aid
people finding their way. They where constructed to attract eagels and falcon, wich was caught in traps mounted
on top of the stones (See detail here).
By the lake you can see a hut that can be rented from Statsskog. The rapids behind the hut are the watercourse coming down from the Traumevatn area.
