Pål Krogvold is a well known character among Norwegian Flyfishers. Most of us has used books written by Pål when starting tying flies.
We have asked Pål to give us some hints about flyfishing in the Østerdalen and Trysil area. He was wery reluctant about speaking about places, though we know some who have seen him watching for a big one on certain places along Glomma, Rena and other rivers in this area.

Though he was reluctant to tell us about places, he was more helpfull to tell you about insects, fly patterns and the prey. That is why you find a few such images on this page.
